Mount Everest Base Camp Trek |
Come with us in 2008 as we trek to Mount Everest (Sagarmatha - the Mother Goddess). The trek will take 21 days and will take us from Kathmandu to Namche, to the incredible spiritual center of the Khumbu region, Thyangboche. We'll climb Kala Patthar, an 18,450 (non-technical) peak with phenomenal views of Mt. Everest. We spend a night at Mt. Everest Base Camp and then return to Kathmandu to head home and brag. Dates: October 26 - November 15, 2008 (at the present time, these dates are slightly tentative. If they will change, it will only be a day or two each way.)
